Bottled Water Services

Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking qualified Proposer(s) to submit Responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to provide bottled water services and equipment rental (“Services”). Services include, but are not limited to, bottled water service, bottled water dispenser delivery, and water dispenser rental. Services are provided on an as-needed basis to individual departments and locations.This RFP is intended to award multiple open-ended contracts for TTU’s use. TTU reserves the right to award a Contract to one or more Proposer(s) for the Services requested and provided in an official Response to this RFP. TTU departments will request no guaranteed minimum amount or quantity of Services.The scope of this RFP does not include individually sized bottled water, as TTU is currently contracted with Coca-Cola for this service
