ADDENDUM ONE EXTENDS THE DUE DATE TO 01/23/26 AND THE QUESTION DEADLINE TO 01/09/26. Scope of Work Contractors shall commence construction work on the following: Dock, Launch, and Boat Facility: The dock, launch, and boat facility to be situated on the eastern side of the Port. Support the operational requirements of the HPMCE Dock Complex. Enable personnel to board the boats from a landside dock and accommodate multiple moorings during sailing events, such as regattas. Access from Warehouse #10 to the dock and associated utilities should be considered and incorporated based on available funding. ***A detailed scope of work can be found in the associated specifications manual.*** Note: Funding for this activity is provided through Florida Department of Transportation state grant funds. Please see associated grant contracts for specified grant construction conditions and requirements.
