26-20 Exterior Mesh Security Re-Bid

Massachusetts Bay Community College, is soliciting bids (Re-Bid BD-26-1064-1064-02481-122875) for exterior mesh security services. The project scope encompasses the provision and installation of a wireless mesh security system, as detailed in the provided specifications and drawings (attachments "26-20_Specifications.pdf" and "26-20_Drawings.pdf"). The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the IFB "26-20_IFB_Wireless_Mesh_Security_Re-Bid.pdf" and all applicable prevailing wage requirements outlined in "26-20_Prevailing_Wage_Rate.pdf". Bidders are required to adhere to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' standard contract terms and conditions which are in the "Commonwealth_StandardContract2019.pdf" and "Commonwealth_TermsConditions2019.pdf" documents. Bidders are also required to submit a Vendor W9 and EFT form as outlined in the files provided.
