City of Dickinson Museum Center Expansion

Project consists of a 12,000 SF addition to the existing museum center including additional exhibit space, paleo storage, paleo lab, office space, restrooms, common spaces, mechanical rooms, and storage spaces. There will also be renovations to the existing museum s paleo exhibit space and restrooms along with exterior site improvements. work for which we are accepting bids are surveying, earthwork, structural excavation, site utilities, landscaping & irrigation, selective demolition, building and site concrete, asphalt paving, masonry, structural steel & miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, casework, asphalt shingles, membrane roofing, stucco & EIFS, joint sealants and fire stopping, damp proofing; doors, frames, and hardware; overhead doors, aluminum storefronts & glazing, framing & drywall, painting, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpet, specialties, fire suppression, mechanical, and electrical. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
