LEGAL NOTICE: GARFIELD PARK SPLASHPAD AND BATHHOUSE – EARLY FOUNDATION SET

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Mentor, Purchasing Department, 2ndFloor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio 44060, until 10:30 a.m. October 14, 2025, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project: GARFIELD PARK SPLASHPAD AND BATHHOUSE – EARLY FOUNDATION SET OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $127,000.00 Probable cost of construction contains all Base Bid items only. Awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on October 7, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the project location located at 8600 Munson Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 90 Days of Notice to Proceed. Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Northeast Blueprint, 1230 East 286thSt., Cleveland, Ohio 44132 at a cost of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) plus shipping.  Payment for Bidder’s Packages will not be refunded.
