On-site software installation, testing training and post engineering support for the installation of Peplink MAX Transit Mini Routers with Prime-Care support to cover VPN License and Manufacturing Support with service, parts and warranty. West Annual Router Support with 24/7 live emergency response to all traffic that passes through the device, issues related to the hardware, features that originate from another source (like VOIP and Web Servers) Troubleshooting configured systems (like SpeedFusion, VPN, IPSec, HA) and Hardware Advanced Return RMA
