The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a vendor to serve as the State Designated Entity (SDE) for health information exchange in Rhode Island and operates the HIE under state authority. The Regional Health Information Organization is expected to be responsive to the needs of local Rhode Island stakeholders, adept at sustainable multi-payer financing, and experienced at translating healthcare policy goals into technology requirements.
