Request for Qualifications RFQ Item #EconDev26-01 Mural Request: Call to Artists The City of Fayetteville, Georgia RFQ Due: Friday, November 28, 2025 @ 2 p.m. Question Deadline: Monday, November 10, 2025 @ 4 p.m. The City of Fayetteville is seeking qualifications from experienced artists and muralists to design and create a public mural in Downtown Fayetteville. This project aims to enhance the cultural and visual landscape of the city through vibrant public art that reflects the character and spirit of the community. Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville website, https://fayetteville-ga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx, supplier registration. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFQ must be in the form of an addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue an addendum to document all approved changes. The City of Fayetteville City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the selection process.
