Elk River City is seeking wastewater lagoon construction and equipment for water resource recovery facility improvements

Description

Biosolids removal, demolition of two existing wastewater lagoons, construction of two new wastewater lagoons, HDPE liners, aeration piping and diffusers, transfer structures, liquid chlorine mixing equipment, and piping. An on-site non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Elk River Water Resource Recovery Facility (at the wastewater lagoons) 195 Landing Road, Elk River, Idaho 83827 on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time. Requests for information on the documents should be directed to Willow Gibson at 208-391-4412 or willow.gibson@merrick.com. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
