Construction Management at Risk Services for the Piedmont Lakes Middle School Renovation Comprehensive Project - (RFQ)

The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems and finishes at or near the end of their useful life. The scope also provides for remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, life safety and accessibility requirements. The project may also include a classroom addition. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. Scope will also include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. Target Schedule: Design Services Commencement March 2026 Pre-Con Services Commencement June 2026 Construction Notice to Proceed August 2027 Substantial Completion July 2029 Q&A deadline 11/12/2025 2:00 PM EST.
