Request for ProposalsThe City of Wilkes-Barre intends to award a contract to the proposer who provides the best value, considering both technical expertise and cost-effectiveness. Technical merit and the proposer’s qualifications are the primary considerations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and most qualified bidder for the following:2026-2028 As Needed Line Painting and Pavement Marking Maintenance Contract.This is a three-year contract, scheduled to begin on February 9, 2026, with an option for a fourth year.Proposals will be received electronically at [email protected] until December 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM.Subject Line Must Include Project Title:2026-2028 As Needed Line Painting and Pavement Marking Maintenance ContractCopies of the bid documents may be obtained free of charge from the City’s website: https://www.wilkes-barre.city/bids.
