The Department of Human Services (“DHS”) is seeking a contractor to provideMiscellaneous Ambulance Services, to include: Advanced Life Support (“ALS”), BasicLife Support (“BLS”), and non-emergent ambulance services for the Office of MentalHealth & Substance Abuse Services (“OMHSAS”), Clarks Summit State Hospital(“CSSH”), located at 1451 Hillside Drive, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania 18411.
