The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for a HVAC Renovation project at their Woodstock Campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College ¿ Woodstock is located at 8371 Main Street Woodstock, GA 30188. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project specifications and drawings are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: The College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their North Metro Campus on September 12, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in Building B ¿ Room 212. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
