Akin Grade School Addition

Work covered by the Bid shall include an approx. 3,928 SF building addition with an approx. 230 SF breezeway. a. Demolition work will consist of, but not limited to, the removal of existing exterior finishes, exterior doors, concrete walk, oil and chip drive, excavation for footings and foundations, and earthwork. Refer to the documents for further information. b. Construction will consist of, but not limited to, excavation, termite control, reinforced concrete footings and foundations, concrete slab on grade, EIFS finish system, metal stud walls and partitions, CFS trusses (designed by CFS manufacturer), wood roof deck, adhered membrane roofing system, prefinished aluminum gutters and downspouts, wood doors, hollow metal door and frames, aluminum doors and frames, aluminum windows. Heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing work. Finishes include painting, acoustical panel ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, LVT floor tile, quartz epoxy floor, wall tile, etc. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
