BID NOTICE Sealed Bids for the construction of theDowntown Waterfront Improvements – Buoy Park and Middle Pierwill be received by the City of Rockland at Rockland City Hall, 270 Pleasant Street, Rockland, Maine 04841, until2:00 p.m.local time onMarch 11, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. The project consists of improvements and upgrades to Buoy Park and replacement of Middle Pier. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bid Documents is Landmark Corporation Surveyors & Engineers, 135  Rockland Street, Rockport, ME 04856, telephone 207-236-6757, contact Joel Lufkin, email[email protected]. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bid Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Bid Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office electronically (PDF format) by email or, for a fee of $500 each, paper copies of Bid Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office via direct pick-up by contacting the Issuing Office by email ([email protected]) or telephone (207-236-6757) in advance. Bid Documents will not be mailed. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bid Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
