The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the System Agency, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a qualified Contractor to perform Blindness Education, Screening, and Treatment (BEST) services for the development and performance of a Vision Screening program on a Statewide basis

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
