Description

This project includes the upgrade of the heating system and electrical distribution system for the 18,500 SF building located 26 Albany street, Worcester, MA. Selective demolition of existing systems shall be required. This work includes the installations of new gas fired unit heaters, new gas fired furnace and new electric unit heaters. Electrical service upgrade and panelboard replacement is included.Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:Section 220000 PLUMBINGSection 260000 ELECTRICALPRE-BID CONFERENCE- The pre-bid conference will be held at10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025at the project site, DPW&P Building located at 26 Albany Street, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
