NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Lathrop (“City”), will accept sealed bids for the construction of public improvements for itsASR WELL INJECTION EQUIPPING, CIP PW 22-36. (“Project”), at City of Lathrop, California (“City”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA untilWednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2 PM. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read atWednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2PM. Bidders considering bidding on this project must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held onTuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10 AMat 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. The Project is located at the intersection of West Stewart Road and Cirrus Court, Lathrop California. The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to the construction of aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) well injection equipping improvements, including: connection to an existing City drinking water main, installation of yard piping, modifications to existing storage tank inlet piping, construction of a concrete wellhead, installation of wellhead mechanical improvements, construction of a “chemical canopy” steel structure, installation of wellhead treatment chemical systems (carbon dioxide and sodium hypochlorite), installation of electrical and instrumentation facilities, and commissioning of the Work. This contract also includes ongoing well backflushing, testing, and water quality sampling for a period of 12 months following completion of the wellhead improvements. DIR Registration.Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder’s Subcontractors’ List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be a DIR Registered Contractors The City of Lathrop does not sell copies of the plans and specifications, but they may be purchased through ARC athttps://www.e-arc.com/location/stockton/.
