Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy

The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bid process towards the procurement of a Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy to create an enterprise technology and operational taxonomy that will strengthen strategic coherence, operational effectiveness, and citizen-centric service delivery. With the core of the effort centering on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), among other requirements which will be defined in the pre-qualification document. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will translate the City¿s organizational strategies into a comprehensive enterprise architecture with future state conceptual architecture, roadmap, and taxonomy documentation services.
