Engineering Services for JBWRF Expansion

Qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the expansion of the Water Reclamation Facility. This facility, a 15 MGD membrane bioreactor (MBR) was first commissioned in 2012 and is owned and operated by the District. The scope of services and contract will be for the Preliminary Design of the facility expansion from 15 MGD to 30 MGD. While the District anticipates the same firm continuing through the entire project, after completion of the Preliminary Design, the District reserves the right to review the performance of the engineering team and, in its sole discretion, continue with the selected firm or go through the selection process for a new design firm to finalize design. Deadline for Inquiries March 4, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum #1-#2 issued.
