26-002 PANG Fire Department Medical Services

The State of Oregon, on behalf of the 24807 - Portland Air National Guard Base (PANG), is soliciting proposals (RFP # S-24800-00015803) for Fire Department Medical Services. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive medical services to the PANG Fire Department. The scope of work includes providing services as detailed in the RFP document "S-24800-00015803_Request_For_Proposal_Medical_Services_for_PANG_FD.pdf" Key requirements include adherence to NFPA 1582 standards (see Exhibit D), fulfilling insurance requirements as specified in Exhibit B, and understanding the sample professional service contract outlined in Exhibit A.
