Description

Under the ID/IQ agreement, the consultant is assigned several tasks that mainly include serving as the Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) for upcoming CM/GC projects. Additional tasks may include developing independent production-based cost estimates for projects, performing or analyzing CPM schedules for projects, performing constructability reviews during design, and other tasks related to cost estimating, scheduling, and constructability
