Provide professional services required to program, design and prepare construction documents for the permitting and construction of a solid waste transfer station to be sited and constructed on existing County-owned property. The project shall consist of a transfer/tipping building, scale house, administration/office building, site traffic circulation, queueing and parking along with all stormwater management, a hazardous waste collection center, recycling drop-off station and storage building.
