Work generally includes selective demolition and interior remodel of the existing building. Construction of a new 2,500 sf wood-framed addition. Civil work and landscaping. Geothermal system. Associated plumbing and electrical work. Accessibility updates. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
