The City will open sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades and Street Pump Station Phases 2 and 3 project. Sealed, Electronic Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time on March 24, 2026, electronically via OregonBuys. No bids will be received or considered after the time of closing
