Description
Southwest College Central Plant Improvements Phase 2 and Infrastructure Campus-Wide Hydronic Lines Replacement - Southwest Projects will support future capacities for new projects and continued operation for existing buildings. Central Utility Plant expansion will provide mechanical and electrical system upgrades to enable a reliable, high-performance utility service for the campus in order to accommodate current and projected future loads, including adding the swimming pool to the central heating system.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A pre-bid meeting was held on 10/03/25.
