Description

THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION TASKS FOR THE WORK INVOLVED IN A COMPLETE ROOF REPLACEMENT AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS AT THE DEICKE AUDITORIUM. DEMOLITION WORK SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING ROOFING MATERIALS, INCLUDING SHINGLES, MEMBRANES AND UNDERLAYMENTS, PLYWOOD DECKING, FASCIA BOARDS, SOFFIT PANELS, AND ROOF DRAINS, ETC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
