There is no US Postal Service to this address.Bid submittals must be received by the Utility at the location noted above no later than 11:00 A.M., Pacific Time, on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders also have the option to call into the bid opening at 1-866-951-1151, and Conference ID No. 335-968-365.Bids received after the date and hour stated above will not be accepted or considered.Project Description: This project will install approximately 27,000 linear feet of 12” diameter water main, 2 pressure reducing stations, valves, fittings, and appurtenances in an arterial roadway; provide trench repair and paving; and will repair an existing 750 foot trench section around an existing 12” water main in a steep downhill slope. The completed project will connect the Yacolt Satellite Water System to Clark Public Utilities main water distribution system and provide all improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents.The work performed under this contract is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of the federal Davis-Bacon Act and the State of Washington. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business.This project is (funded/partially funded) through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. For plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, the Subcontractor List is due with bid proposal BY THE BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE. The Subcontractor List will not be accepted after the bid submittal deadline and will render the bid nonresponsive and therefore VOID.In addition, the Subcontractors List for Structural Steel Install and Rebar Installation, if not submitted with bid, is required to be submitted within 48 hours of the bid submittal deadline.Bid Documents: Bidders may obtain or access plans, specifications, and addenda for this project, at no cost, through the following website:https://clarkpud.procureware.com.
