Description

The Park District invites qualified contractors to submit a bid on repairs and restoration of the Keith Creek Bank Stabilization within Alpine Hills Adventure Park. Construction was completed on 900’ of the South Fork of Keith Creek in early 2024, based on original documents and specifications provided. Unfortunately, large rainfall events caused significant damage to the newly installed elements, requiring restoration detailed in attached ‘repair’ documents. Addition of grouted Riffle located from 1+00 to 2+00
