2026 Paving Contract

This contract will consist of mill and fill paving of the roadway; localized full depth patches; line striping; adjusting driveway aprons as needed; and will also include curb and sidewalk work to ensure compliance with accessibility laws and standards. The work includes some lowering and raising of catch basins, manhole structures, and water valves throughout the project streets. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. All questions must be submitted before January 29, 2026 at 3:00PM. LOCATION, BASE BID The project streets and street segments are located throughout the City of Burlington. Mill and fill repaving will occur on Colchester Avenue from South Prospect to East, Avenue; Cumberland Road; Depot Street; Greene Street from Loomis Street to Hickok Place; Park, Street from North Street to Sherman Street; Summer Street; Saratoga Avenue; Rivermount Terrace; Bennington Court.
