26-0218-02 Health Care Agent of Record (Request for Qualifications)

Consulting services for agent of record for health care services for its employees. Approx 401 employees are covered under this benefit. The service will provide ongoing plan monitoring of employee benefit programs, monitoring of health care related issues, as well as expert advice, consulting services and/or specialized services for ad hoc benefit issues, problems, or questions as they arise. The agent will be charged with identifying innovative approaches to health plan administration and the creation of health plan options to control costs, while maintaining high quality and competitive health benefits. The agent will assist the city in its efforts to be in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, hippaa, cobra, fmla, ada, and medicare-d. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
