District Plan Community Engagement (RFP)

Soliciting proposals from organizations with experience engaging in specific geographic areas and with focused populations (outlined in section iii). The goal is to solicit meaningful community input that will guide the development of the park district's new district plan. The district plan is a guiding document for the park district. The dialogue and relationships established through the collaborative efforts described in this request for proposals can illuminate impactful strategies that inform the district plan and influence park district investments and priorities to better meet expressed community needs. Contract term 1 year. Q&A deadline No later than 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
