Lombardy Roof Replacement

The Brandywine School District (BSD), in the state of Delaware, is soliciting proposals for the Lombardy Roof Replacement project, RFP number BSD260001-LOMB_ROOF. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a qualified contractor to perform a complete roof replacement at the Lombardy Elementary School. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system according to the specifications provided in the attached documents. Key requirements for this project include: * Adherence to all specifications outlined in the "BSD260001-LOMB\_ROOF-specs.pdf" document. * Compliance with prevailing wage requirements, as detailed in "BSD260001-LOMB\_ROOF-wages.pdf". * Reference to architectural drawings provided in "BSD260001-LOMB\_ROOF-dwg.pdf". * Addressing all requirements outlined in the primary RFP document "BSD260001-LOMB\_ROOF-rfp.pdf" and any addenda such as "BSD260001-LOMB\_ROOF-ad1.pdf".
