Plymouth City is seeking street rehabilitation services for the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project

Description

The project consists of the following approximate quantities reclaim bituminous pavement - 6,160 SY mill bituminous surface (2.5"); 8,030 SY type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (3,C); 4,100 TN 15"-24" RC pipe sewer; 150 LF replace water valve; 4 EA reconstruct drainage structure; 23 EA install manhole sealing system; 87 EA 6" concrete walk; 4,945 EA 3" bituminous walk; 59,840 SF concrete curb and gutter; 7,650 LF sign; 288 SFseeding; 2.6 AC pavement markings - 12,820 LF. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
