Portable changeable message sign (ls); street sweeping; 1,750 CY roadway excavation; 64,700 sf hydromulch; 2,280 CY class 2 aggregate base (cy). This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
