Construction Manager At Risk for Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

Provide construction management at risk service, for the expansion and upgrade of its water reclamation facility (wrf). Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the WRF expansion from 2.0 MGD to 4.0 MGD, Upgrade of the current 2.0 MGD facility and installation of 20,000 LF of 24" Force main through Ft Stewart to the Taylors Creek discharge pipe. More specifically, the project will consist of replacement of the current WRF headworks, placement of SBR equipment in current tankage, installation of a parallel cloth filter, UV system upgrade and multiple pumping stations. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The M/WBE GEFA and City goal for this project is 4% MBE and 4% WBE, for a total M/WBE participation of 8%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
