2026 Gym and Lobby Roof Replacement Project

Base bid (Roof 5), the Complete removal of existing roof assembly down to substrate and replacement with new single-ply EPDM membrane roof replacement system, perimeter metal coping and trim systems and associated work. Deduct Alternate #1 (Roof 2C) work to include complete removal of existing roof system down to substrate, installation of new single-ply EPDM membrane roof system in areas as indicated on plans and all associated work. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidders as to the meaning of the specifications or the Drawings. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Architect. Any inquiry received three (3) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids will be given consideration. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
