DESIGN-BUILD Design and build two agrivoltaic solar photovoltaic (PV) systems A pre-proposal conference was be held on January 29, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. ET. Location Western Maryland Research & Education Center (WMREC), 18330 Keedysville Road, Building 724 RM 1201 (1st floor conference room), Keedysville, MD 21756. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question due February 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Addendum#1-4 issued.
