Description

Project includes an underwater inspection of the existing dock piles and submerged structural components, removal and replacement of deteriorated timber framing and associated structural members, and installation of pile protection. Work includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the community dock by removing and replacing damaged structural components, reusing existing decking where practicable, and performing related hardware and connection repairs. Bid alternates are included for full removal and replacement of the existing decking using different material options as well as a remediation method. See attached file for full scope.
