A complete list of parcels, performance criteria, and bid documents is available at:- City Website:www.malvernar.gov- City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office: 120 A West Third Street, Malvern, AR 72104Questions regarding project scope, site conditions, or scheduling of inspections shall be directed to: Chat Hart, Fire Marshal – (501) 332-3638.Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 and will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. the same day at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas.All bidders are responsible for the complete eradication and removal of structures, including foundations, in accordance with the City’s performance criteria. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the project.Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must submit:- Valid Arkansas Contractor’s License- Proof of Liability Insurance- Proof of bonding and ability to secure required permits- Bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided in the bid packet.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.
