Scope of Bid: The ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing System is requesting bids for Auditorium Seating.  The products and prices offered will be made available to over 1,590+ Co-op members, consisting of local municipal governments, public schools, vocational schools, counties, and other public entities throughout the State of New Jersey. ************************************************************ To register for this bid please submit the following information to coop@escnj.us : Company Name Representative Name (please list one representative only) Representative Title Mailing Address Email Address (please list one email only) Telephone Number Fax Number ************************************************************ CLARIFICATIONS: Addition of Product Line Extensions The Bidder respectfully requests clarification as to whether line extensions may be added to product lines that are awarded under this BID. For example, if a new seating option is introduced within an awarded auditorium seating product line during the contract term, may that line extension be incorporated into the Contract without requiring a new competitive solicitation? Process for Adding Newly Released Products During the term of the Contract, the Bidder may release new products that are consistent with, and directly related to, the awarded product lines. While the Bidder routinely notifies participating entities of new product releases, the current Contract language does not provide a mechanism to add these products to the Contract. No.  New products may not be added during the term of the ESCNJ contract.  We do allow the replacement of a product as follows (pg. 65 of the bid specifications) If a product is discontinued during the term of this contract, the product must be replaced with another that is considered equivalent.  The ESCNJ must approve any substitutions of an older item for a new one. ************************************************************ Scheduled Zoom meeting.
