CMAR Services, Mclellan Pump Station B Improvements (RFP)

Installation of 2 new electric-driven pumps into 2 vacant pump penetrations along with all associated pipe and electrical equipment; upgrade of existing electrical components, including the replacement of existing variable frequency drives ("VFDs"); modifications to the existing building, including the installation of a new overhead coiling door and overhead crane; modifications of the existing HVAC components to provide adequate ventilation and temperature control; installation of a diesel-powered backup generator provided by the owner; overhaul of the existing diesel pump motors and modifications to the existing fuel tank to provide adequate fuel flow; miscellaneous site improvements, including but not limited to, a new gravel parking area, upgrade or replacement of fuel tanks, SCADA system modernization, relocation of existing equipment, and security and fire alarm system upgrades.
