2025 Urban Water Management Plan, Water Supply Assessments and Water Supply Verification (RFP)

Provide qualified entity or individual ("company") to prepare its 2025 urban water management plan (UWMP) in accordance with the urban water management planning act, as codified in 10610 - 10656 and 10608 of the California water code and the department of water resources 2025 urban water management plan guidebook for water suppliers that is currently in development. Additionally, the city is seeking a company to prepare water supply assessments and water supply verification's in compliance with SB 610 and SB 221, respectively. The city anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Question Submission Deadline August 21, 2025, 4:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The initial term of the Agreement shall last one (1) year from the date of execution with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year terms not to exceed five (5) years. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
