Description

Replacement of the three (3) dehumidifier units in the basement of the Charles M. Bolton Treatment plant as well as the two (2) units above the lime room in the same facility. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. MBE 2%, WBE 5%. Deadline for written questions 02/24/2026. Pre-submission meeting and site visit was held at 1:00 PM ET on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6800 River Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
