ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Anoka-Hennepin School District is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver custodial uniforms, which are purchased by the Buildings and Grounds Department for approximately 220 custodial staff. The District intends to enter a contract with a single vendor for a period of up to four years. QUOTE DATE: Quotes must be received on or before the revised submission deadline: Thursday, February 19, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. LT DELIVERY OF QUOTES: Quotes shall be emailed to purchquotes@ahschools.us with the quote number listed on the Subject line. All inquiries concerning this RFQ, including all questions/substitution requests must be submitted via email to purchquotes@ahschools.us by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 . The district will not be responsible for, nor honor any claims resulting from, or alleged to be the result of misunderstanding by the Vendor. To ensure a transparent bidding process, no phone or in person inquiries will be accepted. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to bring all discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or matters that need clarification to the district’s attention. Responses to all questions received will be captured in an addendum, and available to all Vendors no later than Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. Quotes may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of quotes without the consent of the Anoka Hennepin School District. The District reserves the right to accept any quote, to reject any or all quotes, to waive irregularities and informalities in the procedures, and to act in its best interest.
