The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Air Quality is soliciting proposals for opacity monitoring of air emissions from cruise ships and state ferries operating in state waters during the 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 cruise ship seasons.Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, as indicated by email time stamp. Late proposals will not be considered.
