Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA), a nationwidenon-profit cooperative purchasing program of the Brazos Valley Council ofGovernments (BVCOG), is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualifiedvendors to provide eProcurement and/or Contract Management Solutions to PSAMembers.Offerors are to propose the broadest possible selection ofeProcurement and Contract Management and Solutions they offer. A Contractresulting from this RFP may include, but not be limited to, the following typesof service categories:· Enterprise Sourcing Software - supplierregistration and management, electronic bidding, reverse auction, bid workflow,approved vendor, etc.· eProcurement Software - building out Request forProposals (RFPs), posting RFPs publicly, receiving proposals, evaluations,awarding contracts, etc. · Contract Management Software - building outcontracts, posting publicly, posting amendments, contract management, insurancecertification management, renewal/expiration reminders, etc. There is considerable potential sales value in beingawarded a competitively bid public sector cooperative contract. PSA contractorshave the advantage of promoting sales to governmental/educational entitieswithout the need for the buyer to issue an RFP. This saves the buyer time andmoney from duplicating the competitive bidding process and managing theresulting contract. Many of our existing PSA contractors have been able to gainnew customers because of the cooperative contracts.The resulting contract from this RFP will be able to beused by local government agencies, certain state agencies, school districts,higher education, and non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations nation-wide.We believe a PSA contract would enhance your competitiveposition in the government marketplace, and are eager to work with you topromote the best interests of our participating local governments andqualifying non-profit organizations
