Mobile Notary & Community Support Mobile Office Van ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

VNSigningServices LLC (VNS) hereby submits this proposal for the design, purchase, and operation of a Mobile Notary & Community Support Office Van to provide on-site notarization, loan signing, printing, and scanning services to residents and agencies throughout Washington State.The proposed project includes the following approximate major components of work:Purchase of one (1) fuel-efficient cargo or passenger van suitable for daily commercial use.Interior build-out of the van as a mobile office, including work surfaces, secure document storage, lighting, and power access.Installation of business-class printing and scanning equipment, mobile router/hotspot, laptop, and related technology to securely handle legal documents.Branding wrap and exterior identification for visibility and public recognitionVNS intends to use the mobile office van to serve seniors, disabled and mobility-impaired individuals, rural communities, and clients without reliable transportation, by bringing notarization and document services directly to homes, hospitals, care facilities, shelters, and community locations. Services will focus on:Real estate and loan signing packagesPowers of attorney, wills, and health-care directivesGeneral notarizations and identity-verification documentsPrinting and scanning of legal and financial documents on siteThis contract is proposed as a lump-sum amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000), which includes all van purchase costs, office build-out, equipment, branding, and initial start-up expenses.The mobile office van can be fully purchased, equipped, and placed into operation within 45–90 calendar days from notice of award.All services will be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
