The University of Houston Division ofAdministration and Finance is seeking a firm to develop its five-year strategicplan that will cover the period 2027-2032. The plan will guide the division’spriorities, resource allocation, and operational excellence from 2027-2032,aligning with institutional goals and stakeholder needs. The selected consultant will manage theproject to develop a strategic plan that reflects the division’s mission,values, and future direction in alignment with the University goals.
