Comprehensive security coverage. Security personnel will work in coordinated teams under police officer leadership to maintain public safety and order. The rally operates from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM on July 3-4, 2026, requiring sustained security presence throughout the operational period. Question acceptance deadline 01/16/2026, 08:00 PM EST.
